How to order?
To order tickets, go to the ticket page of our site and follow the ordering process step by step.
I want to receive tickets to a different address, is this possible?
You can change the delivery address between 3 and 4 weeks before the race. It is your responsibility to make known the change of address by sending us an email with your name, the reference of your order and your new address.
I will be moving before the race. Will I get my tickets on the spot?
In most cases this is not possible. Please inform us in advance of your plans and we will send your tickets to your location.
I will move in the coming months and do not yet know my new address, should I leave this section blank?
No, simply save your current address to know your new address.
Should I be present at my house to sign a receipt upon delivery of the tickets?
Yes. WES book during office hours. A person, without your presence is necessary, must sign a receipt to take possession of the tickets. It is often recommended to use your business address for delivery, so that someone is always present to receive tickets.
What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery in France costs 20 euros, 25 euros in Europe and 30 euros for the rest of the world. For more details, please refer to our terms and conditions on deliveries.
When will I receive my tickets?
Your tickets will be sent to the address you listed on our website when booking more than 7 days before the Grand Prix. We can not guarantee the exact delivery date of some Grand Prix because we send our orders at the last minute.
What is the tracking number to track my package?
Once you have received the email informing you of the departure of your order, you can track your package on the WES web site, your tracking number is your reference number to 4 digits. Just note the number in the 2nd box (after AWD)
My credit card is charged it 'immediately?
We request confirmation of payment to your bank as soon as you enter our payment. If the order is confirmed, we will credit the amount within seven (7) days. This procedure means that your account is enough credit to pay the order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and bank transfers. Checks are also accepted for France and Monaco ONLY.
You have 7 days to pay your order by check or bank transfer.
My payment was refused, what should I do?
You must call your bank to authorize the transaction and resubmit the order.
If the problem persists, please contact us at +377 93 25 47 85 or the payment of your order using the authorization to debit your credit card or by bank transfer or by check if you are in France or Monaco . In any case, thank you to inform us by email.
